How do I purchase if I do not have a PayPal account?
You are still able to purchase without having a PayPal account. PayPal is used as a secure Gateway for processing orders and also has the payment option to use a Credit Card for customers who do not have a PayPal account.
The image above will appear after you have clicked on ‘Proceed to PayPal’ via the checkout page.
I just purchased a printable product, how do I download it?
When orders are placed for downloadable products, there will be an automatic email from PayPal confirming your payment and then one from Learning 4 Kids with the link to click on and download.
The email from Learning 4 Kids will look similar to the image above, click on the underlined product item next to the word ‘download’. Once you have downloaded this, right click and save to your computer. You have 3 downloads available with every purchase.
If you did not receive the email from Learning 4 Kids, please check your mail junk or spam folder.
I have not received my email with the download for the printable?

I have noticed that this can happen sometimes, particularly with Hotmail email addresses. Microsoft runs regular updates for their email account holders in the way they detect spam emails, this can sometimes interfere with our emails ending up in the junk folder as we need to update our settings to meet their requirements.
