Where do we deliver?

We deliver to Australian addresses only.

All downloadable printables or digital products can be purchased globally as these are delivered via email.

Please enter your country when completing the checkout.

 

Postage costs:

Learning4kids uses a drop shipping service.  Items that are purchase through the Learning4kids checkout will have their orders packaged and delivered by a third party service.

We aim to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. For this purpose, we use a broad range of both local and national distributors that best suit the location to which we are delivering.

All our delivery charges include shipping, handling and packaging costs.

All parcels require a customer signature upon delivery and can be tracked with a customer reference number so you can be rest assured that your parcels will get to you safely.

 

Shipping

Customers can enjoy an all-inclusive capped delivery cost of $9.95 (inc GST) right across Australia on every order, every day!

 

 

Back Orders 

From time to time you will notice a comment stating that “This product is currently on back order. You can still purchase it and we will send it out to you as soon as it’s available.”   All other items purchased in your order will be sent out to you upon receipt of payment and the item on back order will be packaged and sent out to you separately as soon as it is available.  There is no extra postage costs involved on products on back order.

 

Payment:

Learning4kids accepts VISA, Mastercard, Paypal and Direct Deposit as payment options for online orders.

Orders that are paid via Direct Deposit will not be processed until payment has been received.

 

Order and Return Policy:

We want our customers to be happy with the toys and products purchased from us. If for some reason the toys are not what you expected then please contact us to discuss the matter.

If they are returned in their original packaging and in new condition then we will be happy to offer you a store credit minus the postage costs.

If the product is faulty then we will either replace or refund it and we will pay the postage costs.

You must return the item within 14 days of receiving it in order to receive an exchange, store credit or refund. If the 14 days period has passed then please contact us to discuss the matter further.
